Technologies: Warranty Options
Land Science Technologies has put together an industry leading warranty program that protects against Vapor Intrusion. Providing extended terms and a variety of warranty options give site owners the flexibility to select a warranty that fits the project needs.
The following warranty types are available on a project by project basis:
Material Warranty: Guarantees the performance of the material for the warranty period.
System Warranty: Guarantees the performance of the material and the workmanship of the installer for the warranty period.
Warranty availability varies on a project by project basis. Please contact Land Science Technologies to see if your site is eligible for extended warranty terms and/or warranty type.
To obtain a warranty, Land Sciences Technologies can require the following:
- Membrane inspection by a certified Geo-Seal inspector
- Installation by a certified Geo-Seal applicator
- Mitigation system design review
- Adherence to Land Science Technologies quality control procedures
Land Science Technologies can also provide:

- Assistance in developing custom details for site specific conditions
- Inspector certification training
